Mama Phan’s tasty, spicy broth. You will not find this unique broth anywhere else.

Broccoli, carrots, onions, cauliflower and tofu made-to-order to form a flavorful vegetable broth. Can be served mild or spicy.

Noodle Bowls 6.50

Called Bun in Vietnamese, this classic Vietnamese dish is served with vermicelli rice noodles, crispy romaine lettuce, crunchy bean sprouts and cucumbers. Each dish, except the fried rolls and porkabobs, are then combined with sauteed onions, lemongrass herbs, and then topped with carrots and crushed peanuts. Each noodle bowl is served with a side of our house dressing (nuoc man). Just mix and enjoy!! My favorite noodle bowl is with the pork fried rolls.

Called Banh mi in Vietnamese, these sandwiches are made with pickled carrots, daikon, cucumbers and cilantro, and served on 6 inch bun. Jalapenos and pate are included upon request.

Called Goi in Vietnamese, these salads are made with fresh shredded cabbage, chopped basil, cilantro and fresh lime juice, and then tossed with our house dressing (nuoc man). Each salad is served with a side of chili paste and an extra side of nuoc man.
